I... read more The customer service was outstanding. The crew trainer who assisted us was incredibly polite, took his time, and spoke naturally rather than sounding robotic. It's refreshing to feel like you're actually communicating with a real person when ordering takeout or dining out. Nowadays, it seems like most people interact with you as if they're on autopilot. Our food was served fresh and piping hot.

I attempted to address an issue I encountered—something I've... read more Today, I visited the restaurant to get a meal and had a negative experience with customer service. I attempted to address an issue I encountered—something I've never had trouble with before—but the customer service representative and the manager were unhelpful. They informed me that while they would assist me this time, they wouldn’t do so in the future because it was something I should handle myself. I was told they were trained, which is concerning. From my perspective, this reflects poor customer service and management. The primary role of a food service company should be to assist customers, especially from management, but it seems they have a problem in that area.
