The cafe is lo... read more I recently visited Preston's local Brewista Cafe. The staff were friendly and accomodating and ensured we were comfortable on multiple occasions. The cafe is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex, so we found it to have a slightly uncomfortable feeling as though you are sitting in a thoroughfare to a lobby. I chose the smoked salmon and it was great! It was cooked well and tasted fresh. The sweet, soy sauce drizzled over the crispy salmon was absolutely mouthwatering! The smashed avo we ordered was fairly basic, although it was presented well. We will definitely be back to try out the famous Golden Gaytime Bao and all the other desserts!
