Description

Nestled in Prescot, this restaurant offers a mixed experience for patrons. While the service has received high praise, with many celebrating the friendly staff and quality drinks, the atmosphere has drawn criticism, particularly due to an overwhelming presence of televisions showcasing sports. Some guests have lamented about inflated prices and inconsistent drink quality, especially noting a recent decline in their favorite lager. Nonetheless, there are shining reviews highlighting the establishment's ambiance and delightful cocktails, making it a cozy spot for evenings out. Overall, it remains a place worth considering, albeit with some caveats.

Such a shame they crammed every inch of the upstairs lounge walls with TV screen to show football. Completely counterproductive to the kind of bar it tries to be. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

They should be ashamed, complete rip off...ordered a whisky soda, a gin and tonic and packet of crisps and they took £19 from me. Dont know where they think they are to be charging these prices. Loud, unfriendly, grubby venue, avoid, so many better places to go Price per person: £10–20 Atmosphere: 1

This used to be one of our favourite places in Prescot but we called in last night and were disappointed. We always order the Krombacher lager which is normally a quality lager, but our drinks were flat, no head and tasted watery. It was not the same lager we normally have and we didn't stay for another. This pub is normally full but last night it was nearly empty despite the live music. This is a real shame as this place was a gem. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
