A truly positive experience, from the service to the menu. Plus, the prices were well below the average of the Michelin-starred restaurants we 've tried. Highly recommended.

What more can I say? Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the presentation of the dishes, and their flavor. Kudos to the entire staff, made up of very welcoming and professional young people who thoroughly explained the dishes and the matching wines. It truly deserves its Michelin star. We'll be back to try the cheeses, which look delicious.

The food, howeve... read more I went to Paca in Prato, a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive and precise, nothing to complain about. The food, however, didn 't entirely convince me. I 'm not talking about price or quantity, but rather the taste: the dark sauces were a bit too overpowering, covering up rather than enhancing the dishes. Everything was well executed, the dishes were carefully prepared and presented with precision, but ultimately the experience was ordinary, without any particular emotion or anything that would make me say, I 'll be back.
