The food proposal was a hit and miss, we found many dishes that were great and others that lacked some flavor. The risotto was not fully cooked and there was a plate with a variety of grains in which some of them were hard, maybe this was intended to be like this, but overall it didn't turned great to chew. I think the place has a lot of potential. But it important that beyond the presentation and fanfare, the flavor has to be there, in this case, for me it wasn't.

The food suggestion was a hit and miss, we found many dishes that were great and others that had little taste. The risotto was not completely boiled and there was a plate with a variety of grains in which some of them were hard, perhaps this was intended to be so, but overall it was not great to chew. I think the place has a lot of potential. But it is important that beyond the presentation and fanfare, the taste must be there, in this case, for me it was not.

There were 8 dishes, from which some were absolutely fantastic (my favourite was pasta with nervetti) but some were a complete miss (cauliflower with liquorice).. the staff was very young and was at a time lacked confidence and experience.
