Thank you for helping make my birthday special
We ordered the medium tasting menu with the not just wine pairing, and I can tell you that we finished the dinner well beyond full. A truly positive experience, from the service to the menu. Plus, the prices were well below the average of the Michelin-starred restaurants we 've tried. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience. What more can I say? Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the presentation of the dishes, and their flavor. Kudos to the entire staff, made up of very welcoming and professional young people who thoroughly explained the dishes and the matching wines. It truly deserves its Michelin star. We'll be back to try the cheeses, which look delicious.
Great quality exceptional flavours
I went to Paca in Prato, a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive and precise, nothing to complain about. The food, however, didn 't entirely convince me. I 'm not talking about price or quantity, but rather the taste: the dark sauces were a bit too overpowering, covering up rather than enhancing the dishes. Everything was well executed, the dishes were carefully prepared and presented with precision, but ultimately the experience was ordinary, without any particular emotion or anything that would make me say, I 'll be back.

All of the staff were so attentive and kind. The food was divine and presented in such adorable and delicious ways. All around fantastic experience 10/10 would go again!
We enjoyed the meals.
This was my and my Girlfriends first fine dining experience, it was incredible. We had the very first reservation and showed up when they opened and dined alone for almost an hour, during that time the serves both served us and made us feel comfortable, carefully explain what each bite/dish was but also leaving some curiosity, I will say the fish soup dumpling like things was the greatest bite of food in my entire life. Absolutely would go back if given the chance we loved it.
Perfect. Foods were fascinating. Servers are super kind and made us feel very comfortable.
It's an amazing restaurant that serves creative and exceptional dishes made with the best local produce. The service exceeded our expectations and was beyond perfect. It suits for both a romantic night out or a family spacial occasion. For a Michelin star restaurant it offers a very affordable tasting manus. We took the medium menu of 8 courses and it was innovative, tasty and joyful.

It is a great restaurant with a very good staff and service. The food suggestion was a hit and miss, we found many dishes that were great and others that had little taste. The risotto was not completely boiled and there was a plate with a variety of grains in which some of them were hard, perhaps this was intended to be so, but overall it was not great to chew. I think the place has a lot of potential. But it is important that beyond the presentation and fanfare, the taste must be there, in this case, for me it was not.
Really impressed by the experience. Service was perfect. Everything was explained. And everything was delicious. Full taste. I would recommend the tapas with the wine selection. I enjoyed the wines almost as much as the meal. Exceptional wines from everywhere. Everyone very individual.

A little gem near Prato city centre. We had the 12 courses menu(€85 without drinks), wine pairing is 45€ on top of the menu price. I have to say it was delicious from the starters to the deserts. Every dish is well presented and the staff has a great knowledge of the ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a michelin star in the near future! 100% recommend especially if you want to treat yourself and your loved ones.
