But upon speaking to the... read more Made a booking for 8 as part of the Dimmi deal. I have to say that I was a little apprehensive as the reviews going in wasn't too good. But upon speaking to the waitress the experience was nothing but good. The bar tending was also really friendly and accommodating. Maybe as it wasn’t particularly busy it helped. When it comes to buying wine they even allow for some tasting which I am sure helped with decision.The food was alright. We ordered some much entrée that we didn’t end up having any mains. The only complain is that we should have been given some advanced warning about the kitchen closing so that we could have put in last orders. Someone came around and said would we like dessert as kitchen is closed. We hadn’t had mains yet but thank god most of us were full. We did beg them to make another portion of calamari portion as a couple were still hungry.On the whole we had a good time, the environment is lovely and the service fantastic.

The $20 fish and chips on Friday night were unbeatable. They also had a good variety of beer on tap. However, we were disappointed when they charged us $55 for the bottle of wine shown in the photo, which is normally sold for $8.99 and did not taste very good. If you decide to dine here, steer clear of the wine as it has a significant markup.

This restaurant has the best happy hour in town! I especially love their steaks and shoestring fries.
