Cute place tucked away in the by lanes of old town! We ordered an ice cream pancake and a bacon, feta and avacado pancake. Both pancakes were wholesome. We also ordered a hot chocolate and espresso to go with it. The service is good and the staff friendly. While I wouldn't make a special trip for this restaurant again, I definitely didnt mind the place either
Brilliant find!!! I had white wine and a stack of apple, cinnamon and honey pancakes. The pancakes were perfect if a little too small. They specialise in pancakes. There's a great choice of sweet and savoury pancakes. The two girls working the morning we were there with both v pleasant and spoke English. The menu is also translated. Down a side street in Old Town, definitely worth a visit here. Wel worth a five!
Salty pancakes and czech wines is a fresh and tempting concept. I found the flavors were strong and enjoyable. The plating is nice and portions make sense for the price. Nevertheless it is not obvious what the american thick pancake brings compared to a traditional french buckwheat crepe. Overall it is a creative and tasty experience which I recommend trying at least once. Moreover the list of czech wines is exhaustive and well chosen. The place is well maintained yet rather small so probably not suitable for large groups or intimate meetings.
Decor/Ambience:(4/5) This place is a gem in the heart of the Prague old town. Its a small place and feels like a cozy modern home setting and its always packed! Service:(3.5/5) The staff were very friendly, engaged, and helpful. And were always there to help support and suggest dishes Food: (3.75/5) I tried the scrambled eggs with pancakes and bacon, even though its not a very sophisticated plate however it was so fresh and felt like having a home cooked breakfast! I also tried the scrambled eggs with cheese and pancake pieces mixed into the egg which turned out to be a divine invention! Price/Value:(4/5) Whilst many places double and triple their prices in the downtown, this place has maintained their low prices and one can enjoy a great breakfast that is very filling for 4$!
Perfect place for pancakes aficionados. Really good place for sunday brunch. They have salty, sweet and sweet&salty pankake towers. If you like sweet and savory, I advice you to order the banana/bacon/maple sirup pancake tower. Otherwise, I usually prefer sweet pancakes but at DenNoc salty pancakes are actually far tastier. I “only“ give 4/5 because the service is really slow and that pancake towers cost from 100 to 140kr. As for a brunch you need 2 to be full, it eventually costs you from 200 to 280 without drink.
