What Milan Černá doesn't like about Brasserie Paris:
Ate here for Christmas Eve. Courses rather rushed and non-descript. Venison starter included something like a course pork pate, main course beef wellington was grey rather than pink, dessert custard was nice but actual dessert was hard and not pleasant. Staff are really friendly, wine list is good, pianist was good (albeit playing at breakneck speed), restaurant layout not too bad for large hotel. View all feedback.

Service and food are excellent and the environment is stunning. We stayed at the hotel and made a visit to the restaurant even easier. Beautiful experience!
I just had a lovely dinner at Sarah Bernhardt. I dined alone and the staff was extra attentive, professional and warm. The food was perfect and I the ambience was just divine; it was a perfect experience that I hope to have again soon.
I took a guest here for dinner on recommendation from my concierge (he made a good choice). the welcome was warm and professional. The dining room is dare I say one of the most beautiful in Europe. the food was brilliant, especially the pot roasted rabbit with fennel roasted potatoes. After dinner we had brandy and coffee, the taxi was summoned and back to the hotel for a night cap..... I woke in the morning and readied myself for the flight back, I couldn't leave without lunch, I cancelled my flight and popped in for a leisurely lunch with much champagne and too much decadence. This is one of the best restaurants in Europe.
Delightful décor and table settings. Excellent choice of food with friendly, professional service. My wife and I booked the restaurant for our first evening at the hotel. Special offer of 20% discount for the meal which made the cost very reasonable. The added attraction of my rack of lamb being flambéed at the table was a real feature.
