We had a delightful evening in this mountain farm. We hiked up from town (two hours, the cable car is a more rapid alternative), and arrived in time for the milking of the cows. We could even try it ourselves. Afterwards we were welcomed with a delicious four-course meal, all local ingredients, lovingly prepared.
