We had a delightful evening in this mountain farm. We hiked up from town (two hours, the cable car is a more rapid alternative), and arrived in time for the milking of the cows. We could even try it ourselves. Afterwards we were welcomed with a delicious four-course meal, all local ingredients, lovingly prepared. The family that runs the farm is very open and full of interesting information on this way of life which seems so remote for city dwellers like us. We could have walked back after dinner but we were offered a ride back which we gladly accepted. Highly recommended!
