Rifugio Col Alt - CORVARA IN BADIA

Pappardelle di grano saraceno ai funghi (molto buone 18 e polenta-funghi-formaggio (21 bocciata perch infarcita di sale grosso che ne ha rovinato il gusto, la degustazione e la masticazione), acqua Plose 75 ml 4,70. Posto incantevole, ma non del tutto esclusivo, proprietari di cani che lasciano i propri animali senza guinzaglio (pretendendo di avere ragione); ristorante pulitissimo e confortevole, servizio impeccabile.

Bellissima posizione e ottima ristorazione. molto bello pranzare all'esterno per ammirare il panorama.

Rifugio storico in cima al Col Alt. Bellissima terrazza con vista eccezionale. Piatti abbondanti e ben fatti (alcuni niente di che ma la maggior parte buoni, come il capriolo o le tagliatelle al ragù di cervo) Nel complesso un'ottima sosta

I am a regular in this area and I have to say I always appreciated the place and the slopes....the manager/owner of this specific place sincerely not! After booking a specific table we did arrive perfectly on time and a different table has been assigned...to us, I obviously let them notice immediately that we specifically booked a different table because of the view), the owner came back to us and I have one of the most incredible discussion of my life: The guy justify himself saying that he need to give the table to someone else who was an important and regular client.... let me say I have been in the area and in this restaurant almost every year in the last 25Y. The answer obviosuly annoy me and I let him notice that I have been a regular since many years, his then answered with a very aggressive tone and told he did not care and that he never have saw me before....... I was with friends and being the food sincerely good but not a honest proportion with the price) I decide to not argue more and just have another table. When at the end I got the bill we drinks top wines magnum bottles and eat expensive food) the attitude of the guy completely change........I then understand that I was only a cow to be milk..... my suggestion.....don't go more than one time there are many other fantastic restaurants and Baite where people will treat you as a person and not as an annoyance which is only tollerated only because it does spend some money.....ridiculous!!!!
