Came in here on Friday evening in the lobby was empty as a Sahara desert, I should’ve took that as a hint, but I still ordered food, $18 for one burger got it,... read more Came in here on Friday evening in the lobby was empty as a Sahara desert, I should’ve took that as a hint, but I still ordered food, $18 for one burger got it, thinking it would be the holy Grail of all sandwiches because the outrageous price. NOPE!!!! The meat was dry and burnt and had the consistency of kangaroo, all my toppings were on the side underneath some hot fries that made the lettuce a withering plastic texture. Forgot my mayo so that didn’t help with the dry meat. I hate to say this, but McDonald’s has a better burger. Tried calling to fix the issue but with no prevail no answers just to answering machine.
