Savannah, Aliyah, Ms. Carrie and Connor start our day off right-they get our orders correct and are so friendly. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect, store is super clean.

I arrived to pick up my Uber Eats order and ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes without any service. The manager kept directing his staff to attend to other customers, completely ignoring me. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and leave. Fortunately, I managed to get a much better order from the next place I stopped at! If this ever happens again, I won’t hesitate to make my dissatisfaction known about the employees disrespecting my time. On July 25, 2023, at 11:20 am, I was simply waiting for a drink to complete my order, which was otherwise ready, while new customers continued to be served in the drive-thru.

Normally I... read more 9 out of 10 times when I order online from the Powhatan Dunkin? Donuts they do not have the blueberry donuts. The app doesn?t show they are sold out. Normally I just get different ones upon arrival but today I just asked for a refund. The told me theycannot refund my order. They said I need to call corporate and wouldn?t provide their number. The 2 employees were very rude. Itwas 330 in the afternoon and there was no manager at the store.
