My mo... read more What a delightful little diner with fantastic food! Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we were undecided about what to order. My mom had the pancakes and absolutely loved them. My sister enjoyed the chicken steak, which looked homemade, and the gravy was exceptional. I opted for a big burger, and the waitress was kind enough to serve it on her homemade grilled rye bread. I requested the burger cooked medium, and the chef did a wonderful job. I also had a cup of her homemade chicken soup. The meal was fantastic for me—juicy, flavorful burger and dumplings paired with tender chicken. Everything was made from scratch, nothing from a can. This place is a gem, and I could eat there every day! I've been to two diners in Seattle, and I can only say I'm fortunate this place isn't right next to me, or it would be tough competition! I can't wait to return!
