The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! The portions were large and cooked perfectly. The prices were very reasonable. We stumbled upon this gem while passing through Powell on our way to Yellowstone and we are so glad we did. Those from the tri-state area will especially appreciate the authentic diner experience here. View all feedback.

I went to the café in the morning and it was almost empty. There was nothing particularly special about it, but I have no complaints.
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Every time I went for breakfast, a little boy would run around getting more attention than the customers. A table of friends or relatives seemed to be where the server spent most of their time. This was always the case whenever I visited. There was only one other table in the restaurant and when one of the friends overheard me make a comment about the service, it only got worse. They brought our food, took our order, and never returned. We waited an hour for our meal and received this kind of service. Although the breakfast was incredible, I suspect they may have tampered with it. The chef was amazing and the cookies and gravy were the best I have ever had, but unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the poor service. It's a shame because the food was so good, but I will never return to this restaurant again.

Just my husband and I on a Sunday afternoon at 1:15 and guest were there but not to many and yet we weren't seated for 5 minutes. Then we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and that was after I got up and looked for someone to take our order. Over 1/2 hour later we got our meal. My husbands hot turkey sandwich was missing the cranberry sauce and mine my pickles for my burger. Waited 8 minutes for those items. My husband was almost done eating by the time the cranberry arrive and I waited for my pickles and my burger was almost cold by the time I started eating. The building is old and not well cared for. There were 6 tables in our section that needed cleared and yet the person clearing sat down in plain sight to take a very lengthy break so we got to look at the dirty tables the whole time we waited for our food. It was a bad experience from beginning to end. Will never go there again. If your traveling like we were, keep driving!
