I ended up having to wait in the drive through for ten minutes because the sausage and eggs were not ready. Had I been told that I would have orderedsomething else. You would think if you say you open at six everything would be ready to go. Then the person who brought me myfood was rude.

When we got th... read more We went to McDonalds on our way home from Cody at 5:00. Wanted a couple coffees, so ordered them on the App along with 2 QP hamburgers and fries. When we got there the person brings out some of our drinks and says they don?t have any milk so theycan?t make the Mochas and asked if we wanted Frappes (which the app says they are out of). We politely declined as we don?t likecold coffee. He then proceeded to say they can?t refund us the $9.00 on the coffee because we payed on the app?. Whatever?. Sowe leave and when we open our sandwiches the toppings are all over in the bo, so we scrape them off and take a bite, boy what asurprise, the absolute worst hamburger I have ever tasted. So it goes back in the box and I still have hope for the fry?suntil I lift out the cool box of large fry?s that may have been hot at noon. The whole experience was terrible. Usually theyare a pretty good place to eat for around here, but not today?..if I could give them a negative rating I would today?. I knowthey can do way better and should for the money they are paid?..

I was the 3rd car to be asked to plz pull forward (said they were waiting on fresh fries) . They served 11 cars behind me. I finally went in the manager was super rude. I wasfinally saved 21 minutes after I ordered!!!

The place is not kept very clean and I usually have to clean my own table and seat or try to get an employee 's attention (they don 't pay much attention to the front counter) to askfor a cleaning. I used to come here on a frequent basis but not anymore since it 's gotten worse. All of the healthier items(grilled chicken, yogurt, egg white delight, salads) were removed from the menu long ago making it nearly impossible to eat hereand not gain weight. There seems to never be a time where something isn 't broken or unavailable at this location. That beingsaid, the worst problem of all is the freezing cold lobby. It 's impossible to sit here for more than twenty minutes without acoat on. Even with two shirts and a jacket, after thirty minutes I 'm shivering! When I asked about the heat, I was told it 's onbut the windows make it cold. Really?! So, in order for a restaurant to not be bitterly cold, there can 't be any windows?!Okay. Finally, the sign outside advertises an item that isn 't even available and isn 't returning. The owners obviously don 'tcare about the patrons at all so I suggest avoiding this location.

The management at th... read more I worked here for around 10 months, my coworkers and I were constantly understaffed and we were underpaid for the amount of work we put in. The management at this store is ridiculous. We constantly asked for more people for night shift, and were left with askeleton crew every night. Don?t eat here. They mistreat their employees.
