They were very... read more This was a fun place to eat. The pizza was pretty average but still good. They had good service, especially for our big group with lots of kids. They were very accommodating. There is also an arcade room in the back with lots of fun games and the kidsloved it. The only thing I didn't really like was the lighting. It was too dark where we were eating. Otherwise it was a niceplace to take our kids to eat.

The staff was quick to fill our drinks and to take care of every request!

The management of this place kinda need to get their heads on straight. They have been progressively shrinking their menu, which a lot of places have been doing, but they decided to get rid of a lot of their better items. They even still have theingredients to make some of these items they got rid of, but don't make them anymore for no reason. They won't even makesubstitutions for menu items with other items. For example, they still have the Italian sausage they used to make a sub out of. You can still have it with the spaghetti. They no longer make that sub and will not give you the Italian sub with the sausagewith an upcharge, which would be close to what it was. It's a shame. They had some pretty good food.

We were a laid back group and weren?t hard on orders, we are not ?Karen?s? but with the condition of the place I needed to leave a review. They opened at 11am, weshowed up around 1137?the floors were sticky and looked like they hadn?t been bothered to be mopped, the tables looked nobetter, there were no napkins in the dispensers at the table so we had to exchange from a different table that was actuallyfull. They didn?t have any hamburger, so I feel the choices of what to order were a little limited. The waitress was easilyconfused with getting the tickets correct?so I wouldn?t recommend this place until things get cleaned..

I paid right away then got ignored the rest of our visit. The kids couldn't get refills no napkins in the dispenser. The order was messed up. Then we couldn't even get a takeout container. Servers walked past us at least 15 times. Noone would help us let alone look over. I'm pretty easy to please but this was over the top. I'll never give them my money again.
