Then p... read more Terrible customer service at this location. Nobody acknowledged me standing by the take out area. All walking right by me, including one of the managers. Then proceeded to help someone who came in after me and walk away after they helped them. When I can see my order sitting on the back counter ready for pick up as well.

Her cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were wonderful; not the best she's ever had but very good. Her hot chocolate was warming and tasty. I had a simple toasted buttered bagel and coffee. What made it so wondeful was the relaxed environment. I need it after so many busy days at work. I had just gotten done with my 3rd shift when I went home to pick up my daughter and take her to Panera. I'm glad I made that decision, some good memories came about from it. Thank you, Panera.I know the staff can feel the rush from the customers. Hopefully, someone from the store reads this that was working on Veterans day and know that I appreciate you being there. I appreciate your hard work. And this veteran thanks you for being there so I could have that morning to relax with my daughter.

We came in 25 minutes before closing to order 5 dinners. We were told multiple times that they are closing soon. Made us feel completely unwelcome. And we were done still 5 minutes before they actually closed.
