Staff is very rude at the Powell location and the food is mediocre. The last two visits the manager treated us like garbage. Go to Carlucci's instead; food is awesome and staff is fantastic.
We went and ordered Saturday afternoon it was our first time and Wow!! It was Amazing!! Loads of toppings and cooked perfectly!! The gentleman at the counter was very patient as we took our time ordering as well!! I think we found our pizza home!! Can't wait to order again!! Sooo GOOD!!
We've been ordering weekly from this location for years and loved it! However, the last 2 times we've ordered have been terrible. Two weeks ago we ordered and they put us down for a pick up when we asked for delivery. That, in and of itself is forgivable. Tonight, we ordered added a tip and our card was charged, but they lost our order. So we were charged 25 bucks for nothing....
It was our first time there. Not impressed. Got an extra large pizza and an Italian Sub. To much lettuce on the sub. The pie was a C at best. Probably not going back as there are to many B?s and above in the Powell area.
I ordered a serving of mozzarella sticks, which were ready in about 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they were extremely burnt. I feel like I wasted both my money and my time.
