Two weeks ago we ordered and they put us down for a pick up when we asked for delivery. That, in and of itself is forgivable. Tonight, we ordered added a tip and our card was charged, but they lost our order. So we were charged 25 bucks for nothing....

We were told our pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. 2 hours later we got it after I called and made a scene. The guy on the phone was so rude. He wanted to argue with us about the delivery address. He said it was too far while we have been getting delivery here for months. He needs to find a new job. What a shame this place used to be our favorite.
