They claimed they were out of "fajitas" at 6:30 PM during dinner time. How can you run out of a key ingredient for burritos? Is this how Chipotle operates? I asked if they could compensate for the delay and missing ingredients that we were paying for, but received no response. Chipotle is one of my favorite places, but this location in Poway near the AMC has completely ruined it for me.

So many times I come in and there’s dried out old meat. I asked the young short guy if he could make some more chicken since there was barely any and I normally order double scoop.(also because it was super old) He refused to so I had to suffer because all the other meat was old and more expensive
