They claimed they were out of "fajitas" at 6:30 PM during dinner time. How can you run out of a key ingredient for burritos? Is this how Chipotle operates? I asked if they could compensate for the delay and missing ingredients that we were paying for, but received no response. Chipotle is one of my favorite places, but this location in Poway near the AMC has completely ruined it for me.

So many times I come in and there’s dried out... read more This place has obnoxious young employees who have very little customer service and there’s never a manager around. So many times I come in and there’s dried out old meat. I asked the young short guy if he could make some more chicken since there was barely any and I normally order double scoop.(also because it was super old) He refused to so I had to suffer because all the other meat was old and more expensive

The drink station didn't have any self-serve fountain drinks; the clear plastic tanks looked gross inside. I also didn’t receive the extra protein I paid for! There was no one at the front to assist with mobile orders, and they had run out of napkins. The soda area was a complete mess, with trash everywhere. Overall, the restaurant is a total disaster, and corporate needs to step in to take control and make some serious changes.

Ive gone 15min after open and all they have prepared is chicken, no bags in trashcan, fountain drink nozzles weren't on. Today, out of multiple items for dinner and an employee is talking to a another employee that wasnt working and cussing to him about work while 2 other customers are standing there just waiting. I dont know how you can open without the basics being completed and CONTINUOUSLY not prep correctly. management needs to take a hard look at this location. Will not be going here again
