The food was not only delicious but also carefully crafted, with flavors that truly shone. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, making it an ideal place for both casual meals and special celebrations. Our waitress was extremely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. The live music was an unexpected delight, creating a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance that enhanced our entire evening. I highly recommend Maxfields to anyone in search of great food and a memorable experience.

The restaurant is average food, but good location and great terrace on the river to eat outdoors. Every time we go there something is not available from the men... read more The restaurant is average food, but good location and great terrace on the river to eat outdoors. Every time we go there something is not available from the menu (drinks or food) so maybe they should consider reducing it and rotating items. I had a Nicoise salad with very raw tuna(just a sliver browning at the edges, but I was hungry and I ate it anyway). Dressing very bland and little -I had to ask for additional oil, but the worst were the raw green beans! Never in my life I have been offered raw green beans in any form. They need to be at least blanched. The only good dish seems to be the wings.
