Menu

The restaurant from Post Falls offers 46 different menus and drinks on the menu for an average price of $66.4.

Panda Express presents a mixed bag of dining experiences. While some patrons rave about the food's freshness and quality, others complain of persistent service issues, with long wait times and unhelpful staff overshadowing the culinary appeal. Despite the promises of freshly cooked meals, a number of diners have encountered discolored ingredients and unfulfilled orders, leading to several walkouts. The overall atmosphere is tainted by management's apparent indifference to customer care. Although there are positives, such as good food and a well-meaning team, inconsistencies in service and food quality suggest potential patrons might want to tread carefully.

Great food, good service and very fast. They do a great job making sure everything is fresh and will have you wait for the fresh stuff instead of giving you leftovers that have been sitting all day. See y'all next time View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Panda Express:
I ordered broccoli beef not stale white broccoli with beef sauce on it, last 3 times I came here I got the same thing hoping maybe someone just messed up but no, everytime the broccoli is discolored and tastes rotten, this time i didnt even get beef with the rotting broccoli!? Never coming back here again View all feedback.

I ordered two larger plates and even paid extra for the shrimp teriyaki chicken. However, when my order arrived, I received five orders of string bean chicken breast and none of the upgraded items I had paid for. This restaurant is a complete disaster. Save your money—if I could give it a zero-star rating, I would. I feel like I've completely wasted my money. Thanks for nothing. (By the way, it wasn't busy at all; I was the second car in the drive-thru at 11 AM.)

My order took an additional 25 minutes, and the staff were very rude. You would be better off purchasing your own orange chicken from Walmart and making it at home; it might even be ready faster.

The portions for the two main dishes and a side were quite small. Next time, I think I'll just order from the kids' menu instead.

Don't come to this location. You'll either wait 30 minutes in drive thru to place your order or they simply won't have items that you want ready, but they'll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Seems like this crew is more concerned about getting off work than taking care of their customers.

I'm usually a big fan of Panda Express. I think for the money they're hard to beat. I don't care what kind of restaurant you're talking and about. This is the first time I went to this one and they didn't have the rice ready till almost 45 minutes after they were open. The portions were very small. The food was mediocre, and the service was horrible... I know that's not normal for Panda Express but I definitely won't go to this one again!!!
