The food was excellent and remarkably affordable! We ordered the 16-piece crispy chicken family meal, which came with coleslaw, potatoes, and biscuits. While in the drive-thru, I noticed the staff member was wearing a peach-flavored Mountain Dew, which is exclusive to KFC. I did not receive the order I placed. Instead of a breast, they substituted two thighs. The chicken pieces were quite small and I had requested them to be extra crispy, but they weren't. Instead of coleslaw, I received extra potatoes and very little gravy. Additionally, there were no condiments for the biscuits, which were hard. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The staff was very nice and they were friendly when our pickup broke off in their parking lot! I'd be sure to eat again.
It's chicken and chicken is good. Lol KFC isn't the best but it's fast and edible.
I'm very grateful for how kind the manager was tonight! She forgot a part of my order, but she was incredibly helpful in resolving it. Her name was Adrian. We need to give women like her a raise; we need more workers who care like she does!
