The local KFC pairs warm, friendly service and a recently remodeled, spotless dining area with reliably hot, plentiful chicken and a standout manager who resolves issues. However, inconsistent orders, substitutions, sold-out Extra Crispy, hard biscuits, missing sides and condiments, and drive-thru reliability tarnish the experience. Portions and pricing feel steep to some, so families and pickup diners should expect great staff but occasional operational hiccups.

The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The staff was very nice and they were friendly when our pickup broke off in their parking lot! I'd be sure to eat again.
It's chicken and chicken is good. Lol KFC isn't the best but it's fast and edible.
I'm very grateful for how kind the manager was tonight! She forgot a part of my order, but she was incredibly helpful in resolving it. Her name was Adrian. We need to give women like her a raise; we need more workers who care like she does!
