T... read more Famous Willies is the place for a real South Grill experience with fast and very friendly South Service and excellent food. This is my new favorite BBQ house. Tonight I had the bride who was tasteful and melted in the mouth quality in a generous part. The supplements were the potato salad and Willies Chili beans that were the best I had in years. It was all with sweet tea and I just had to make a piece of Buttermilk Pie. It turned out to be a very good decision. I never tasted that. I spoke to Julie, and she explained that her father started the restaurant and that everything is fresh on the grounds. The smokehouse is back. Even the lard made by some of the cuts is used by her mother to make fresh cake crusts every morning, with various types of cakes every day. If you like Texas BBQ, you will love this place. They must use lighter fluid as a fire starter because it was very strong in the sausage. I had ribs, brisket, and sausage all dry as hell. Chef Micmust have been hard at work.

Very friendly and courteous. We've enjoyed everything we've ordered. The baked potato with sausage and brisket isdefinitely worth trying and I really like their red beans and rice with sausage! Ohh yeah and the carrot cake! It's delicious!
