What User doesn't like about The Coffee Cottage:
Not a fan of the inherent pressure tue baristas place in the drive thru to provide a tip. They take your card, and ask you verbally, “would you like to provide a tip?” Who’s gonna say no? And why is a tip appropriate for 30-60 seconds of making a coffee? This isn’t table service. This happened 2 of 2 times I tried this place out. Not coming back for this reason alone. However the coffee was decent/good. View all feedback.
Every time I go there, the staff is very friendly and fast! You've never messed up my order, but always through the line of people in a contemporary way. My favorite coffee stand in the area by far
A customer service and coffee! We went inside to put together some stuff for Christmas. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind! They were accommodating to us for big and small things and when we had an oopsie and spilled our coffee, they came and cleaned it up and never once made us feel bad about it (Al tho we felt terrible!! . The shop was really clean, organized and decorated beautifully for the season. They have won me over as a customer! There are a lot of coffee shops around some chain and some small. This one made you feel at home, and they truly cared about what they were doing. And had the yummy coffee and service to back it all up!! They have a drive thru if your on the go, but if you are looking for someplace to sit and visit, don’t think twice, go check them out!

I always discover another place close to home that I will visit again and again.
Such a sweet coffee shop! Amazing drinks and incredibly friendly staff. They even contain handwritten positive notes on each lid
