Tasquinha Dos Sabores - Porto

We got into Porto fairly late and we just were able to order the last meal for the night. We ordered a couple pieces as you can see and the staff was very nice and friendly. I would definitely suggest a visit.

The shrimp croquettes were insanely good. Lovely atmosphere and not everything was written in English so not too touristy.

My daughter and I are foodies and have really enjoyed traditional Portuguese food, but the dishes at this place were over the top. The baked goat cheese with herbs and oil was a perfect starter with their excellent rolls. The slivered cod with spinach, potatoes, and tomatoes, baked in olive oil and topped with crisp bread crumbs and onions was the best fish I've eaten in Portugal or Spain, and I've only eaten various fish and seafood for 3 weeks now! We had an excellent vino verde and tried both the caramel and the lemon pies, which were very good. Joao was an attentive and friendly waiter he suggested every thing we ate. The prices were also very reasonable.

Cena in vacanza a Porto. Adiacente al centro. Servizio impeccabile con portate della tradizione. Tra le vie di porto ne vale proprio un salto x gustare cucina locale.
