Puro 4050 Restaurant Mozzarella Bar

Ate here twice during holiday very nice food great atmosphere attentive staff chefs were quick and enthusiastic. It was obvious the staff were happy Margrite our waitress was fabulous. Explained menu choices and was very friendly.

We are very happy about the service and staff and our waiter Mr.Gabriel food was delicius and first class and i have to say limonjelo and steak in souce of mushrooms was great! Keep it going like that 10/10 -Vuk

Situated at the bottom end of Rua das Flores where together with 3 other restaurants in a widened part of the street, this is an excellent outdoor eating location with musical entertainment on show. Inside, the Puro 4050 has a very enthusiastic manager who has his staff working very hard and efficiently. The menu seems extensive and some time is needed in choosing the food to suit you. We both had the black spaghetti wit shrimps and squid beautifully coated and seasoned with crushed coriander seed. We had a bottle of Alentejo white wine for 24 euros the extra 4 or 5 euros above the Dao and Douro wines is well worth it. The service from a charming Brazilian waitress was very attentive. We had bread and olives to go with the wine bringing the bill to about 55 euros. We rebooked for another sitting later on during our holiday and again it was very good with the manager waiting on when he needed to to keep the show on the road. Well worth a visit.

After leaving our Airbnb for the first time and taking a few short trips up and down R. Das Flores, it became apparent that veggie options may become an issue during our stay here in Porto. However, like an oasis in the desert, Puro 4050 came to our rescue. After perusing the excellent range of dishes for both veggies and omnivores alike, we per presented with a few delicious plates and bottle of red too, all for under €50. The staff were excellent, and I would happily visit again!

Comida excepcionalmente boa com atendimento muito bom. Gostamos tanto do almoço que fizemos uma reserva para o jantar embora tivéssemos que esperar uma hora pelas entradas mas o chefe estava ciente disso e nos pediu desculpas por isso mas ainda assim uma dedução de estrelas aqui Serviço porque 3 crianças famintas 8 11 tornou se cada vez mais impaciente aqui… . Entradas e pratos principais eram muito bons. O serviço foi muito bom. Só o assento no pátio coberto com fogão a gás sem respiradouro estávamos lá no final de março estava frio e chovendo não estava certo. A iluminação à noite também era inadequada. Outros convidados tiveram que ler o cardápio usando a lanterna do celular.
