Go Natural - Porto

My mom and I stopped in to check it out and we were so happy we did. We are travelling to southern Portugal tomorrow and we were able to load up with a tonne of vegan/gf things. We also had a salad and soup there for lunch. We loved it.

Only four stars because there’s no kombucha at the Foz location. Otherwise, it’s a great find! There’s a small menu and food prep area for ordering something to eat. The menu is in Portuguese so I didn’t order food. The labels in the store indicate which products are vegan but the labeling doesn’t extend to the menu. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available.

Food business with many gluten-free products as well as healthy, vegan and all needs. Ready-made meals and breads also available!

This shop belongs to the chain supermarket Continente. There is a big variety of vegan products, lots of nut butters and lovely Taifun tofu and many other vegan stuff. There is meat also. Overall quite a nice and friendly place.
