I came here because I wanted to try a vegan francesinha. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered 4-5 totally plant-based options. That innovation right there. Anyways it tasted really good and I loved that their vegan cheese was made out of coconut oil. Honestly whether you’re vegan or not you should check this place out cause their wide variety and quick service is awesome. Recommend!
Francesinha of tempeh, chorizo, mushrooms, tomatoes and dairy-free cheese from Francesinhas Al Forno da Baixa. It was splendid! It was exactly as the traditional ones.<br/ The second picture is a pica-pau, which is an entrée composed of vegetarian chorizo, seitan, dairy-free cheese and pickled cauliflowers and carrots with francesinha sauce. It tasted just like meat (but with a better consistency), because of the sauce, which complemented the dish well.<br/ The deserts are a vegan berry cheesecake and a vegan chocolate mousse and they were amazing as well.<br/ <br/ (19/07/19)
