Food was simple Portuguese dishes for cheap, which was great for a casual lunch before heading out to explore Porto. Service is slow by American standards, but probably normal for Portuguese standards. There is free wifi and we loved that you could drink tap water. We would not say that this is a must do if you 're in Porto, but definitely stop by for lunch if you are in the area and are looking for a cheap sit down meal. Enjoy!
Great place for affordable meal around the historic Porto. We got in around 16:00 when all other places were closed. The family was all there, and they served us very warmly. Excellent food, good house wine. The deserts are great too! Order the Bolo de Bolacha.
Great meal for our first afternoon in Portugal. The four of us all had fish and they were all great. The service was fun and excellent. We got the feel of real Portugal not some tourist trap.
Went into this restaurant because it was pouring rain, and ended up eating there. The food was great in both price (surprisingly large amount of food at a low price) and quality. The restaurant is family run and the service was amazing. Highly recommend. Definitely coming back the next time in town.
Stumbled past this family run cafe, due to the intense heat we sat at the outside table and ordered coffee and a Prego , we ended up ordering yet two more...they were so good.
