I had read the reviews before I booked and most of them said the staff were so friendly and helpful and how true this was, from the lovely reception staff to the cleaners and bar, restaurant staff, they were absolutely the best we have experienced in a long time. The pool staff were also really nice. The food was top notch and the room was warm, comfy and spotless. Well done killeshin and we will definitely stay there again soon x

Also the rooms are advertisied as having a smart tv and this did not work, very disappointing. Other than that lovely place.

All staff including managers were extremely nice and chatty. Took time walking past to about our stay and have a conversation.

Went to get lunch and both bar and restaurant were fully closed due to hotel events. Staff not very polite or efficient.
