Very high quality food but expensive. Cheaper alternatives in the area. However, you are guaranteed a tasty meal.
My partner and I have visited this restaurant four times and we absolutely love it. The food is fantastic and always fresh, and the staff take great care of you. Even when they were very busy during our last visit, they still made sure to attend to all the customers. We can't wait to come back again.
This authentic Indian restaurant is a fantastic place to dine in a central location in Portlaoise. The ambiance is beautiful with mirrors, lights, and artwork that really enhance the atmosphere. The staff were excellent and the food was amazing. They also offer a kids menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant. We visited on a Monday afternoon so it was quiet, but I imagine it gets much busier towards the weekends. Overall, a top-notch dining experience.
We've eaten out of here for as long as I can remember. For the last while everything seems to have changed a lot. While some of the food is still quite tasty, some meals have gone quite bland (chicken madras being one of them) The price changes have raised a lot and It seems they're going up all the time. There's not even any dips with poppadoms anymore. I'm not sure if it's been taken over. It's really disappointing because we would have normally eaten here every week but unfortunately it's no longer possible. I understand prices have gone up across the board but it seems prices here are constantly going up and like mentioned above, taking away some condiments when increasing prices is a little disappointing.
