My wife and daughter stepped outside to wait for me while I took care of the bill. Suddenly, a waiter rushed out and wrongly accused them of trying to leave without paying, even though I was still in line to pay. There was no apology for this mistake, which left my family feeling very embarrassed. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and will never return to Caffe Latte. Based on this, I cannot recommend this café or its menu.
