Feedback
Morton’s, a well-known steakhouse near Keller Auditorium, offers a mix of tantalizing dishes, yet various dining experiences have left patrons divided. While many rave about the delicious food and exceptional shrimp cocktail, inconsistencies in service quality and attention to detail have been noted. Diners have reported long waits, mishaps with meal preparation, and issues with customer service, including inadequate resolutions for dining errors. However, the warm ambiance, thoughtful touches for special occasions, and standout waitstaff create a pleasant atmosphere that may encourage repeat visits. Overall, Morton’s delivers delightful flavors but could improve in consistency and service reliability.
Always impeccable service, cooking and mixology. So grateful to Mortons for helping make our anniversary celebration special!
Our waiter was excellent with a great sense of humor. The atmosphere is relaxed with the noise level low. Wedge salad was probably the best we’ve had-we split it and still couldn’t eat it all. Have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed.
Impeccable service, food, and ambience. One of our all time favorites in Portland.
I’ve been here quite a few times with my family, and I’ve always enjoyed the food and the service. I had a wonderful birthday experience here last night, with the love of my life. Our server, Ana (sp? was very sweet. As always, the food tastedexcellent. The special Tomahawk for Two dinner was spectacular, and an unbeatable price! Even our little Fitzgerald enjoyed thebone ????
This place does it all! The atmosphere was great. Everything you'd want in a high end steakhouse. Perfectly dimly lit, cellar type feeling with the wine displayed on the wall. The service was great. Kevin might have been the best server I've ever had. Hewas professional, relaxed, funny and patient. They serve you a warm loaf of locally made bread to begin. We started with thewagyu meatballs. Amazing taste! Some of the best I ever had. Entrée I had the bone in rib eye. It was juicy and had amazingflavor. Cooked to a just right medium rare. Then we shared the Morton's Hot Chocolate Cake. It was a great cake with a middle ofwarm chocolate sauce and ice cream. It was great. This place lived up to expectations in my opinion. I would definitelyrecommend it if you're looking for a fine dining experience! Fantastic place.
