Luckily, Subway now offers veggie patties that are vegan! I decided to give them a try on their roasted Hearty Multigrain bread. I added spinach, green peppers, onions, and sweet onion sauce to bring all the flavors together. The result was a delicious and nutritious meal! I will definitely be coming back for this sandwich again.
