Dunkin' - Port St. Lucie

I'm a door wing driver. I have to pick up an order after dunking, but on my wise I stopped an breakfast from mcdonald's order, and she went to pick up a doorbell to dunken, the drinks were ready, but not eating. new customers came, placed order, get his order, and so on, but mine not ready, after 20 minutes I called doordash they dunking and someone said that order is not in the system. one of the employees told me the drinks were ready, we're just waiting for the food. doordash just canceled the order. dunking donald kept the drink. the kocher made only drive-thru and lobby order. forget about Doordash order.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and it has never been consistent. It feels like a hit-or-miss experience every time. They struggle to maintain staff, and it often seems like there’s no cohesive team working together. Sometimes you’ll get a large cup of coffee and a correct order, but other times, the orders are completely wrong. I’ve seen drivers waiting in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes without anyone taking their order, which has happened far too often this year. You can honk your horn, and they might not even respond. It feels like you’re taking a gamble when you come here; if you’re lucky, the service might be good!

I've made several attempts to visit this place, but unfortunately, just like many other establishments in the PSL/Stuart area, they can't seem to get coffee orders right. Today, we waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes while I watched five employees entertaining themselves—playing games, singing, and dancing—while we waited for two coffees. When we finally received our order, it was incorrect. I won't be returning to this location. It seems that the employees would be better off enjoying their time playing together rather than working.

Slowly. 4 employees are in a circle talking and dancing.only ordered ice coffee. That's not so hard. couple really good, friendly staff who work there some days, but the service is lately cruel.

Not good. Old COLD DRY donuts. This was early in the morning on a Saturday. How can you justify selling cold donuts that were very stale. Almost seemed to have been cooked off site and kept in the cooler. Not recommended.
