Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Geez have they gone down hill at this location. I have been doing a test, and out of three times ordering from here, they never offer a side with any of the flatbread, or sandwiches or anything else that would normally come with a side. Also, the smoothieis so bland, they have probably reduced the amount of fruit they put in it and substitute it with more ice. You raise yourprices and yet lower the quality? Nah. Would not recommend.

We went ordered a peanut butter banana crunch flat bread and an all American breakfast wrap, neither of which were cooked all the way. In fact the eggs in the all American wrap were cold- not even room temperature, it tasted refrigerated. The cheesewasn?t even melted. The outside of both the wrap and the flatbread were warm while the inside was cold. They got the smoothiesright and the food was out to us fast.

My chicken caprese I paid $8 for. Reached out to the company 3 weeks ago still no response.

Is what? m treats like it? a great inconvenience to get the chips and water I ordered, keeping like WAS!? HUH!? and OH WELL YOU GOTTA?.what, what do I have to do, except my order to get the chips and water that are included? It's twice a week. Every time the packaging is a mess and cut longitudinally from the far corner to the wide corner. Can also put the pile of things in my hands and over my work shirt. Tall skinny dark haired girl needs a setting control. I'm back to the gas station as I decided last week when that happened before.
