Pollo Tropical - Port Saint Lucie

Is this what you call sweet plantains ? Or is this sweet garbage. I can’t believe they would even serve this to someone without it being a problem. I order usually once every two weeks and never had a problem until today. Rice and beans were practically frozen , beans under cooked , chicken tasted bland , it was a horrible experience and I’m so disappointed.

Tropichop I received during a huge dinner rush contained OLD yellow rice!! Hard rice, clumped together, obviously had been refrigerated. Disgusting. Will NEVER return to this location. I’m paying for FRESH food. If I wanted leftovers I could’ve eaten at home!

So I paid$ 7.39 tax for a pork mojo “platter” Pollo Tropical St Lucie West BLVD, Port Saint Lucie. So incredibly shocked and disappointed with what was in the box (see pic).Yes the “mojo pork was the very tiny container on the side with1/2 filled

My family balked at going there but I pushed. Mistake. Cashier refused to to make all wings and no drums in my son's order of 5 chicken wings for $8. They forgot the sauce and one of my sides. Son didn't eat. Definitely not going back.

Look most realize theres 0 talent in the music industry ANYMORE BUT they play it loud while you trying to relax and EAT! Difficult to eat at this location. 2 times I've been there. Same thing. A bell is not a musical instrument. No more. The so called music is so extremely bad and down right annoying i feel forced to quickly down my lunch and even when I arrive to order I can't remember what I wanted. No plantains today with my white rice thats still available and beans. The yellow rice is gay now all mixed up or homogenized with peas and carrots corn.. whatnot absolutely destroyed now. But the constant no talent noise is unbearable even elevator music would be tolerable
