First time ordering food at this restaurant. I have always found it very difficult to find a good Chinese food restaurant and this one was above average compared to others in my experience. The food was fresh and hot and the vegetables were crispy as I hate overcooked vegetables. I will go back again. The restaurant itself is a bit dated, it could use some TLC. The gentleman that took our order also cooked it, he was... View all feedback.
We have been going to Hot Wok for the past 10 years and they have remained consistent in the quality and taste of their food. One of the very few places where you can actually trust a take out order
Take out only place with the usual Chinese Restaurant menu. It's not cheap, but they are prompt and food is hot. Entrees are served in microwavable plastic containers which can be reused as food storage. Beef with snow peas, beef with mixed veg are my usual order along with pork fried rice. You can order online, pay and get a receipt.
They are the closest one by me and happen to be the best tasting one. The food is always hot and made fast. The owners are friendly and willing to accomodate to order upon request (nothing too crazy). Their lunch special is a fair price when I need something quick before work.
I called in my order to go. It was correct when I got there. They told me it would be 20 minutes and it was actually ready in 15. More than enough food to make a second meal. I just wish they could find a way to get rid of the sodium as most Chinese food has that in it
Had the PuPu Platter. Food was crisp and not greasy. Pork fried Rice was excellent with good flavor. Spare ribs delicious. Chicken fingers very good. Beef teriyaki had good flavor, though a little overdone. Would go back just for the rice. My wife reported the shrimp flavor was off a little, as was the crab Rangoon. But then, we are from Maine and are used to extremely fresh seafood.
