Hibachi Express - Port Saint Lucie

I visit this restaurant weekly—never! I usually place my order through their website, but occasionally I stop by to pick it up. My orders are always ready in about 15 minutes. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistently amazing. The sushi is always spot on. Thank you!

You already have a winning recipe—everyone loves your yam sauce. But it seems like the quality has slipped due to complacency, and it shows in your food. Unfortunately, I’m not inclined to return unless things change. I urge you to switch back to made-to-order cooking instead of batch cooking, or your ancestors will be turning in their graves.

We spent $75, including tip, for four orders of chicken hibachi, only to find out that this isn't true hibachi. The food was prepared in bulk, and everything was overly greasy with the sauce pooling in the center. Additionally, if you want soup and salad—which are typically included with hibachi—you have to pay extra. The meal was cold and far from worth the price. I could have gotten better Chinese food for half the cost.

We love this place and eat here weekly. Remember the Japanese agitator dealer. Nothing beautiful, just good teriyaki chicken with rice. I wouldn't recommend the sushi and the gyoza is just that.

If I could give a review of zero stars, I would. The food was really gross and delivered without utensils. The salad was hardly a salad. It was chopped up lettuce. The ?Teriyaki Chicken? did not look or taste anything like teriyaki. In fact, it was dry and mostly flavorless. The ?friend rice? was not cooked/made well at all. I definitely want my money back for this! Would not recommend AT ALL!!!
