Don's Pizzeria - Feedback

What Carmen Schöpping doesn't like about Don's Pizzeria:
1st time ordering based on reviews. Definitely disappointed. Thick crust pizza I thought was Sicilian but NOT. It looked exactly like the hand tossed we also ordered. I did not see how it was thick at all! The pizza itself was no better than a chain pizza, but much more expensive. The Parmesan chunks were bland, didn’t taste any cheese? The wings were so so. I called and expressed my disappointment in my order, and the girl did nothing but say she was sorry I was disappointed, even after I told her I’d have to leave a low, but honest review. I don’t know how they got such a high rating, but I won’t be ordering again. What Ash Evans likes about Don's Pizzeria:
My experience from start to finish was spot on. I called in a pick up order and the person taking my order was very professional. When I arrived at the location, 2 smiling faces greeted me. I ordered a chicken alfredo pizza and cinnamon swirls. The food was hot, fresh, and very tasty. The pizza was really good. The sauce is creamy and light.
