I've been visiting PSL for more than a decade. I finally heard about A Slice of Heaven and decided to give it a try for dinner this evening. Something had gone seriously awry in the kitchen tonight. We ordered to large pizzas Togo... The pizzas were well burnt on the crust and bottoms, someone thought just throwing hands full of ground beef would make it better. And the garlic rolls... Wow! The driest stale and hard rolls you've ever have... Plus no garlic on them or oil... Of all the times we have gone there, this is the worst ever. View all feedback.
Fantastic NYC-style pizza! The crust is perfectly crisp, the sauce is delicious, and the cheese is of excellent quality. The service was very attentive, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. The new owner was friendly and enthusiastic about ensuring a great experience. We will definitely return!
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a deep dish pizza and it was burnt. They sent me a replacement, but instead of the deep dish, they delivered a dry Sicilian pizza. I definitely won’t be returning. Now I have to go to bed hungry.
I've been visiting PSL for over ten years, and I finally decided to try A Slice of Heaven for dinner tonight. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a mix-up in the kitchen, leading to a significant delay in my order. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to rectify the situation. My friend and I agreed that the food was definitely worth the wait, especially the white pizza, which was absolutely delicious! Thanks to John for the amazing food—everyone encounters a hiccup now and then!
Went there for lunch today this was my 3rd time there each time food and service is great. I love the spinach garlic tomatoe roll my coworker got the eggplantparm and said it did disappoint! The garlic knots are loaded with fresh garlic and are soo tasty. The owner is very kind and always makes sure my coworkers and I have a great experience. The waitress is super nice as well. Great food and service! It's like slice golf heaven!
If I could give zero stars that is exactly what I would do. I bought an Italian combo sandwich that was AWFUL. The bread was as stale as it could possibly be, the only meats were boiled ham and Genoa salami. The lettuce was wilted and brown. I did a carry out order and took the sandwich home. When I called the restaurant because of the issue, I was told that I would have to return the sandwich. I explained that I live 30 minutes away. The manager didn?t want to give me a credit for another time, they wanted me to drive 30 minutes back to the store to exchange it for something else. No offer to take care of me at some other time. No true apology. Apparently it doesn?t matter to them the quality of food that they put out.
