I wanted to disregard the ratings and give this place a chance, but those were reading this take heed, the ratings are accurate!!!!A malfunctioning ice cream means RIP OFF the customers. Watched her struggle with zero support from her team while she fumbled through. Same price. For each of these- significantly less in one.DO BETTER!!Would love management to contact me. This franchise location does not take part in the Dairy Queen app points. They also don't always have the blizzard flavors currently being promoted by other loc...

Went to use my points to only find out they don’t participate. If DQ is going to have points all locations should be participating.
