Whenever I experience poor service, I like to share my thoughts. However, this time I want to give credit where it's due, specifically to James, who assisted me during my visit today. The customer service he provided was the best I've encountered at any food outlet. Plus, the sub I ordered was fantastic! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Subway:
Subway needs to get their stuff together!! The last 3 occasions I visited, (3 different locations) there was no parmesan bread nor was there bacon. If there is a shortage, have your marketing dept issue a statement... geez! View all feedback.
