Whenever I experience poor service, I like to share my thoughts. However, this time I want to give credit where it's due, specifically to James, who assisted me during my visit today. What User doesn't like about Subway:
Subway needs to get their stuff together!! The last 3 occasions I visited, (3 different locations) there was no parmesan bread nor was there bacon. If there is a shortage, have your marketing dept issue a statement... geez! View all feedback.

The staff at this location are always friendly. The teriyaki dish is consistently delicious, and the new bread pudding is fantastic!
Reliable service. they can count on the second with the same quality, and the daily specialties are a good option for a fill sandwich and drink.

Very rarely get decent customer service. Employee had the audacity to put garlic sauce on my sandwich then asked me if I wanted. Common sense, much? The inside is a nice place to sit down and eat. I'd recommend staying away during the hours that schools end, for obvious reasons.
