When I called the manager She was very disrespectful and tried telling me it takes 24 to 48 hours when I clearly looked it up online and found out you can food poisoning staph within 30 minutes to 8 hours. I will never go here again

Wrong drinks, had to specify the order way to... read more Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's. Couldn't get my order right to save their lives. Wrong drinks, had to specify the order way too many times, and the employee was super rude. I can understand that the initial employee i dealt with was in training so I'm not mad about how working with them, but the employing training her still kept messing my stuff up after i was dealing with them as well as how rude they were to me and the trainee.

The truck pulled off and I pulled up... read more 12 o’clock close time and it’s 11:45, the truck ahead of me was told that it was going to be a very long wait for the food. The truck pulled off and I pulled up. They told me that they’re closed. I’m quite hungry and now very grumpy. I will never go back to this Wendy’s simply out of spite.

So the reason for my ratings is today I stopped by to grab lunch I ordered a number 4 with two sugar cookies now I had to wait on fresh fries which u figured I'... read more So the reason for my ratings is today I stopped by to grab lunch I ordered a number 4 with two sugar cookies now I had to wait on fresh fries which u figured I'll get a fresh sandwich to WRONG my sandwich was hard to chew and very dry now wendys is one of my favorite restaurants but today the food was horrible but the sugar cookies were delicious.
