What User doesn't like about Freighter's Eatery And Taproom:
They should save their money and visit other riverside restaurants that actually serve good food. I spent $20 on loaded macaroni and cheese, which barely had any tomatoes in it—I'd need a microscope to find them! The service was good, and the view was nice, but the food was disappointing. Knowledgable server. I substituted mashed potatoes for the fries. Hamburger came with a gluten free bun. The meal was good, but the atmosphere and view sold me on the place. The dining room looks out at the river. We watched sailboats and freighters as we dined. There is also outside seating. View all feedback.
