However, I have a low sensitivity to gluten so I recommend asking the staff to thoroughly clean the pizza stone (or whatever they use) before preparing your meal.

I have had... read more I really enjoy the gluten-free pizza at this restaurant, but be aware that it is all cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza on the same stone. I have had an issue once, but other than that, it seems to be okay. Just be cautious if you are highly sensitive to gluten.
